the location was amazing, right by clock tower as well as holy mosque.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was slow.

The unit we got was immaculately clean with sunlight. The food was delightful and there were a huge variety of dishes in the menu.

Clean room with essential amenities, nice staff, and convenient local shops. Parking available. Fast elevators. Excellent facilities, helpful reception, and domestic staff. Early check-in provided. Supermarket and restaurant on-site with delicious food at reasonable prices. Free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle.

The staff and receptionists were really helpful! They were well spoken and provided excellent service. The hotel had great facilities, including a supermarket, restaurant, tea shop, and gift shops. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation and key attractions. the hotel's service was top class.

There were some drawbacks during my stay. The shuttle bus could get quite busy, especially during prayer times, which made it a bit inconvenient.

We arrived during Ramadan and Nasaem Al Joury was one of the best value for money hotels in Ajyad area. the hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus service to the Haram every 20 minutes, and there are also government buses available outside the hotel, which are free to use. the location of the hotel is great, just a short walk downhill to the Haram, which is particularly useful during Ramadan when the roads are often closed and walking is necessary. the room was clean and well-equipped with towels, water, tea, and coffee, as well as an iron and fridge. the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel is surrounded by local shops, making it convenient to buy groceries and gifts. Cons: Cannot find any faults. 👍.

This hotel is my favorite! The staff helped with my bags during my first stay, making me feel welcome. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a great coffee shop. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The staff here were really nice and friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was super clean and had its own bathroom. It was awesome! 💫
